	To take an appointment for examination, you may e-mail us your preferred time of examination. Please copy the adjoining e mail address to your e-mail program and send an e-mail requesting an appointment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming the appointment or suggesting an alternative time within 24 hrs. Appointments can be given between 2 p.m to 3 p.m and between 6.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m on Tuesdays and Fridays.
